How Shield Funeral Plans deals with complaints
Within 7 working days of receiving your complaint you will receive an acknowledgement that your complaint has been received and is being dealt with. Within 30 days you will receive a final response from us.
Complaints involving the funeral plan companies should be directed to the funeral plan companies themselves. We do not pass on complaints to the funeral plan companies on your behalf.
